We are committed to create arts accessible to everyone. Our mission is to be a vibrant organization dedicated to create art and supporting our core community.


Our Services

studio workshop

We run in-house lessons in the studio covering from basic to advanced ceramic techniques.

rental of workspace

We provide workspaces rental with throwing wheels, shelves storage, slab roller and gas firing service.

We conduct art jam sessions on clay making using pottery's wheel.

educational workshop 

We provide ceramic and craft workshop to primary and secondary schools. We cover techniques such as pinching, coiling, slab making and glazing. 


We participate in local and overseas exhibition such as the 7th International Ceramic Festival Selsius 2016, Changi General Hospital Clay Connection Exhibiion and TTSH Charity Ceramic Exhibition.


We frequently participate in community events such as the PassionArts Festival running booths that share about fine arts

Poh Sin yong

Poh Sin Yong 傅星 , ceramic artist graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. He has experience teaching ceramic in primary/secondary schools.

He runs Arudio alongside with Studio-in-Connection to promote

lim hua choon

Lim Hua Choon 林华俊, Master Potter / Ceramic Artist, established his private ceramic art studio “Studio-in-Connection” in 2001 where he creates his works and refines his art, teaches students and mentors a selected group of enthusiastic fellow ceramic artists.

He is the founding Chairman of Singapore Whampoa Ceramic Club.


penny yap

Penny Yap 叶寿梅a studio potter, is a multi-medium artist with experience in the techniques of ceramics art, jewelry design, paper mache sculpturing and makeup

Zestro Leow (b. 1994) in Singapore. Leow experiments in the field of ceramics art, where he started pursuing Fine Arts studies in Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 2012.

Upon graduation, Zestro have been awarded the Cheng Kam Hee Art Prize for NAFA Fine Art Graduation Awards.

As a young alumnus, he has represented NAFA in Singaplural Design Week 2015 and Art Stage Singapore 2016.
